Program Metrics Open Items Page

The Open Items page provides an in-depth look at open assessments where Delivery Status is not closed.

By default, the Open Items page displays information about all open assessments. You can use the visuals and the filters to focus in on specific areas or on specific vendors.

Open Items Page

1. If you want to view open assessments by delivery status, go View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Delivery Status.
2. If you want to view open assessments by master step, go to View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Master Step.
3. If you want to view detailed information on open assessments for each vendor, go to View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Vendor.

View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Delivery Status

You can view open tasks (Master Steps) by Delivery Status.

Open Items by Delivery Status

• Open Items: This number indicates the overall number of open tasks (Master Steps). The number is a count of open tasks (Master Steps) where Delivery Status is not abandoned or closed.
• Escalated: This indicates the number of assessments that were escalated and given a priority SLA.
• On Hold: This indicates the number of assessments on hold.
• Pending Client: This indicates the number of assessments waiting for you to take action.
• Pending Vendor: This indicates the number of assessments waiting for the vendor to respond.

View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Master Step

In the Current Master Steps section, you can view a snapshot of open assessments by Master Step. For more information, see CORL Assessment Status.

Current Open Items by Master Step

The visual lists each Master Step and for each Master Step indicates the number of assessments that are On Hold or Open.

View the Status of Open Vendor Assessments by Vendor

You can view a list of all vendors with open assessments in table format. You can determine whether vendors are making progress and meeting SLAs.

Open Items by Vendor

• Vendor Name: This indicates the name of the vendor being assessed.
• Environment: This indicates the environment being assessed.
• Master Step Name: This indicates the current Master Step of the open assessment.
• Master Step Start Date: This indicates the date the current Master Step started.
• Delivery Status: This indicates the current Delivery Status. If a red ball displays next to the delivery status, the assessment has been escalated. If a grey ball displays next to the delivery status, the assessment is on hold.
• Days Open: This indicates how many days the current Master Step has been open. The number is based on the number of days between the Master Step Start Date and today.
