The Assessment Progress page provides an in-depth look at open and closed assessments.

The page displays all assessments over the lifetime of your relationship with CORL.

  1. If you want to change the data to focus on specific areas or vendors, adjust the filters.
  2. If you want to view progress according to a timeline, go to View the Progress of Vendor Assessments by Timeline.
  3. If you want to view progress for a specific vendor, go to View the Progress of Vendor Assessments by Vendor.

View the Progress of Vendor Assessments by Timeline

You can view vendor assessments according to a timeline by year.

The visual is color-coded by Complete and Queued assessments.

The visual is interactive. You can select any time slice or Complete or Queued to update the page accordingly.

  • Complete: This indicates the number of assessments completed during that time slice.
  • Queued: This indicates the number of assessments started during that time slice.
  • Time Slice: This indicates the year by default.

View the Progress of Vendor Assessments by Vendor

You can view a list of all vendors with open and closed assessments in a table format. If the assessment is open, you can view current action items.

Vendor Assessments by Assessment Progress

The table is interactive. If you click a table heading, you can sort on that column. If you click a vendor, the page updates to reflect data for that vendor.

  • Vendor Name: This indicates the name of the vendor being assessed.
  • Environment: This indicates the environment being assessed.
  • Assessment Start Date: This indicates the starting date of the first assessment.
  • Risk Rating: This indicates the vendor’s overall risk rating. The indicator is color-coded based on the rating.
  • Master Step Name: This indicates the current Master Step of the assessment. For more information, see CORL Assessment Status.
  • Master Step Start Date: This indicates the date the current Master Step started.
  • SLA Due Date: This indicates the date the current Master Step is due by CORL.
  • Completed Date: For closed assessments, this indicates the date the assessment was closed.
  • Delivery Status: This indicates the current Delivery Status. If a red ball displays next to the delivery status, the assessment has been escalated. If a grey ball displays next to the delivery status, the assessment is on hold.
  • Turn Around: This indicates the amount of time it takes from the Assessment Start Date to the Completed Date.
  • Action Item Detail: For open assessments, this indicates current action items and is the information provided in the current weekly summary.
