However, it's important to note that each client is limited to two expedited assessments per quarter. This limit ensures fair allocation of resources and prioritization of urgent cases while maintaining the quality and integrity of our assessment process.

Submitting a Help Ticket to request expedited assessment results will be the quickest way to get your request to the right department. It's important to note that CORL will only commence expediting an assessment after all requested information from the vendor has been received.

  1. Follow these instructions to Submit an Assessment Request from the Client portal requesting the assessment to be expedited. Provide as much detail as possible about the urgency of your request and the specific requirements of the assessment. 
  2. Priority Tagging: Our support team will receive your ticket and prioritize it accordingly.
  3. Stay Informed: You will receive updates and notifications via the portal regarding the status of your request.
  4. Additional Assistance: If you encounter any difficulties or have questions about the expedited assessment process, feel free to reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager.
